Our Small Group Fitness classes combine the attentiveness of an individual personal training session and the power of collective motivation to help you reach your fitness goals.

If you and at least 4 other friends, neighbors, family members or coworkers have ever talked about getting fit, but there has been a pattern of procrastination; then you should set up a Small Group Fitness Class with us. Goals are much easier to accomplish with the support of people you know.
